Louise Gund is a Broadway Producer, Environmental and Political Activist, and Ranch owner and manager. She received a BFA in Photography at the School of Visual Arts in New York and an MA in Holistic Psychology from Antioch West. Since her childhood, Louise has had a passion for theatre and sees it as a valuable lens through which people can understand the world around them and develop a greater sense of empathy. Louise received the Tony Award for Best Play for All The Way. In producing two plays about Johnson’s Presidency (All The Way and The Great Society), Louise combined her love for politics and art. She serves on the San Francisco Opera Board and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival Board and is an Honorary Life Trustee of the Earthjustice Board of Directors.
