White House Military Aides: Ambassador Abelardo L. Valdez (Ret.)

Abelardo L. Valdez was a U.S. Army Captain and served as a White House Military Aide from 1965 to 1967 during the Lyndon B. Johnson Administration. He also served as U.S. Chief of Protocol from 1979 to 1981 during the Jimmy Carter Administration.
