Jennifer Saylor Stacy

I am Jennifer Saylor Stacy, the daughter of Ada Coleman Monroe Saylor and the late Lafayette Raymond Saylor. I grew up in Blenheim Virginia, about 10 miles from James Monroe’s Highland, and currently live in Locust Grove, Virginia. I serve as a senior budget analyst in the Office of the Secretary Budget at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. I am a Partnership for Public Service Excellence in Government Fellows Program Alumni; a member of Highland’s Council of Descendant Advisors, and William & Mary’s President’s Monroe-Highland Commission.
