Neo-classical Italian sculptor Giuseppe Ceracchi produced busts of many leaders of the American Revolution including John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and George Washington. This bust of President George Washington was completed during the first half of the 1790s and is part of the White House Collection.
