Close Up of the Clinton White Dogwood
This close-up of a blooming white dogwood tree was taken by Bruce White for the White House Historical Association. The white dogwood was planted by President Bill Clinton and First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton in 1996 in honor of the victims of the Oklahoma City bombing the previous year. The tree was planted on the South Lawn of the White House Grounds.
