Chocolate Egg and Easter Decorations in the East Room
This chocolate egg was created by White House Executive Pastry Chef Roland Mesnier. Mesnier decorated the enormous egg with a white sugar peacock. The base of the egg was decorated with icing daffodils and miniature blown-sugar eggs. Flower arrangements from the White House florist shop were placed next to the egg to complete the display in the East Room.
