The Official 2022 White House Christmas Ornament depicts the White House in gingerbread form – complete with delicate white icing, red and white striped candies and candy canes.
The cherished tradition of a gingerbread house in the White House was started during First Lady Pat Nixon's time in the Executive Mansion.
Since 1981, the White House Historical Association has been proud to design and manufacture the Official White House Christmas Ornament. Collecting and giving these unique ornaments has become a holiday tradition for millions of Americans. All ornament sales support the mission of the non-profit, non-partisan Association to protect, preserve, and provide public access to the history of the White House.
